• Reviewing three generations of detailed medical history for each applicant
• Using advanced genetic testing to screen each applicant
• A physical and pelvic exam
• Extensive infectious disease testing and STD screening
• A mental health evaluation

We maintain high eligibility standards for our egg donors to ensure the health and well-being of both donors and recipients. Our goal is to give our recipients, who have undergone many infertility challenges, the best possible chance of conceiving a healthy baby with the help of our egg donors.

• Strict Egg Donor Requirements. To be accepted into our egg donation program all applicants must meet our stringent egg donor requirements.
• Less than .1% of donor applicants get accepted into our program. The egg donor eligibility and screening process is so rigorous that only 3 in every 1,000 applicants are accepted.
• All Fairfax EggBank egg donors are FDA approved. This includes extensive infectious disease testing and strict screening regarding certain lifestyle factors.
