Depending on your clinic’s partnership, payment will be made either directly to Fairfax EggBank or to your clinic.
Please note: Fairfax EggBank is not a healthcare provider and does not participate in insurance plans. There are no CPT, HCPCS, or other medical billing codes for purchasing frozen donor egg cohorts on a stand-alone basis. As a result, we cannot provide codes for insurance reimbursement.

We work directly with IVF clinics nationwide to ensure your frozen donor eggs arrive safely and on time. All shipments are priority, insured, and temperature-controlled, scheduled early in the week to avoid delays.
If your clinic isn’t yet affiliated with Fairfax EggBank, you can still purchase and securely store your eggs with us. Our Client Relations team will coordinate with your clinic, so everything is in place when you’re ready to begin.
Fairfax EggBank guarantees at least one blastocyst with each paid cohort that is usable for transfer, biopsy or cryopreservation. Your peace of mind matters, and we stand behind every cohort with clear, dependable guarantees, so you can move forward with confidence in your family-building journey.
